Your Right to Withdraw — KDPA s.32(4)

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 s.32(4), you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

MUT will action your withdrawal within 14 days.

ℹ️ Withdrawing consent will NOT affect processing based on other lawful bases (contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests). It only affects processing that relied solely on your consent.
